We have just a few days to go before the first event kicks off at Borrowed Time in Yadkinville. Registration starts at 8:15 a.m. We will be having the players meeting 9:45 (15 minutes early) to allow time for the awards ceremony for the prize winners of last years contests. Tee off will be 10:30 a.m. Remember that the entry fee went up $5 this year, all of which goes to payout. Please try to register by 9:30.

There will be chicken stew for lunch at $2 a bowl with soft drinks for .50 each and water for a $1. John Glenn has also once again provided some awesome custom trophies for the division winners at the days event. A huge selection of new prizes to choose from will be available as well. There are KC pro Rocs and Aviars in multiple colors and weights, a ton of CFR plastic including Champ Destroyers, X-Calibers, Star Max and a ton of others.

We had a great turnout at Swingin DBs New Years Day Doubles with 37 people showing up for the first round of the year. For those of you on the tail end of the food line, sorry for the slim pickins, I did not expect quite so many people or I would have brought more ham. With the strong attendance we raised more than enough money for the chipper. The rest of the funds will go towards adding some more bridges to the course. Thanks for the strong showing and hope to see you all some more this year.
