The second HGT event of the 2010 season is coming up this coming Sunday at Swingin DBs in Moncure, NC. Registration will start at 8:30 Sunday morning, with player’s meeting at 10:00 a.m. and tee off at 10:30. It will be beautiful for the “Pre HGT Doubles” at Swingin DBs on Sunday February 21st. This is a perfect opportunity to get some practice in on all 21 holes before the HGT event next weekend! Registration starts at 11:00 a.m. with drawing at 12:00 SHARP! Entry is $8 $3 to payout, $3 to course, $1 to CTP, $1 to Ace (added to payout if not hit). A late lunch will also be served after the round. I will have a spiral cut ham and fixins cooking during the round to serve afterward.

We have 2 more changes to the 2010 HGT Schedule. The Country Course and The Groove have backed off of the tour. I am in the process of working with a couple of other people who have had a course in the works for the past year or so. (more…)

We will be having a workday again at Swingin DBs this coming Sunday. We will be getting started around 9 a.m. on Hole number 7. There is more burning to be done to get the new holes ready by the 28th.

We had a fun snow round at Sunshine and I put my snow skis on and skied
Sunshine all the way from the top of the driveway down to hole 3. It was
sooooooooooooooooo fun but now I am ready for it to get out of here.
