Only 1 pro showed to contest the cash prize. The Ace Poole of $127 was paid to Phil Lawrance for his skip Ace on #17. In hindsight we needed a warm day going into the Crosstown. It was a little chilly, but the sun kept the course warm. We had a high of 45º with breezy conditions. The first round was straight singles, and the second round allowed eight discs, any combination of putters and mid-ranges. I think many found out that they can put up scores that are better or close to how they would score if they had their drivers in the bag. Three divisions were played. We had Cash Only, Advanced and Amateur. The Ace Poole was up to $107 by the start. One Adv CTP and two Am CTPs were given away. Josh won the Adv CTP on hole #13 (choice of plastic), Sharky won a PDGA stamp Stratus on hole #8, and Steve W won 2 Disc Golf Live DVDs on hole #4. ZDGC club members put their bag tags up for both rounds with a only a few changes resulting. (See Bag Tag Standings) The results of the 2 rounds are as follows:
