There are many wonderful courses that you can play for free! RADL is always working on developing new courses in this area. We have 6 great parks in the Raleigh & Wake county district. If you are interested in helping in this endless task to help the growth of disc golf, please contact one of our board members. Also, RADL welcomes any suggestions to make the courses we have better.
Buckhorn – Harris Lake Park – Wake Co Park
Welcome to Buckhorn at Harris Lake Park! This is the most challenging course in our area With tight fairways, lots of OB, and several over water shots. This course will give you a great workout and test your accuracy and distance. A must-play if you are in the area.We are in dire need of some donations for the bench project for Buckhorn. If you can, please donate Wood or Concrete. This will be greatly appreciated!
Cedar Hills CC – Raleigh Park
Tight, wooded and hilly course of championship caliber. Winds around scenic underdeveloped city park. Tough to shoot par, even more now that there are new basket placements on some of the holes. (GOLD) The Gold placement will be in, every other month. Right now it is in the Gold position.
East Wake Middle School
School – public use limited to non-school times. Beautiful 46 acre campus. Good mix of open and wooded holes. Some alt. tees. Many tees difficult to find. Play only when school is not in session.
Green Pines – Raleigh Park
Challenging wooded course with a river nearby. Some tees are hard to find.
Kentwood CC – Raleigh Park
Very busy course with many birdie opportunities. Two extra baskets for putting practice.
Middle Creek – Cary Park
Nice park located in Cary. Good mix of holes… that is what she said.
Zebulon – Zebulon Park
Plays around 2 softball fields with a mix of open and wooded holes. A small creek comes into play on a few holes.
